"Fun Pad" is a product trademarked in the US by Magman International Pty. Ltd. of 5 Alexander Street, Crows Nest (Michael Brian Shirley, Managing Director). The Trademark was filed on 15 January 1987, registered 5 April 1988 (serial number 73639848) and cancelled (Section 8) in October 2009. The trademark information reports that the term "Fun Pad" was first used 20 December 1974. For further information see the US Patent and Trademark Office. The trademark documentation confirms that Magman International traded as Ayers & James. The company had a licence agreement in the US with Playmore Inc. Publishers (Prestige Books/Waldman Publishing/Moby Books). This advertisement includes a code that appears to be "TWP".

This issue is a rebound edition composed of three coverless returns or excess stock. One issue has possibly been identified. The other two are listed in sequences 2-13 and 14-24. It is likely other copies of this comic have different contents. There is no publisher listed, but the back cover advertisement indicates the issue is from part of the Magazine Management group.
