DD intrudes on a phony movie shoot where the Fellowship of Fear is robbing a bank and gets himself blasted by fear gas; Mr. Fear decides to flush DD out by creating a wax figure of Hornhead for his museum; DD and Foggy both get in a brawl with the Fellowship, and Foggy is injured; DD returns to the wax museum to put an end to the Fellowship.

Synopsis
A burly costume store owner decides it is really the clothes that make the man and begins his career as the Gladiator; Foggy gets a Daredevil costume from Melvin who talks the tubby lawyer into setting up a staged super fight to impress Karen; Thinking his fight with Foggy will draw out the real DD, Gladiator goes after him for real and Matt has to take a hand in rescuing his friend; In the night and the fog, everyone assumes it is Foggy as Daredevil that beat the Gladiator back.

Synopsis
The Marauder transports DD and Gladiator back to his base in hopes of using Hornhead to help power his Tri-Man; When this plan fails, he transports them both to a movie set of the Roman Coliseum in Europe where all the Maggia heads are meeting; DD and Gladiator fight it out in the arena until a caged lion gets loose and DD ends up saving his foe's life; Gladiator refuses to fight after this and gets a job with the Maggia; DD walks away.
