Synopsis
Flo Blain angrily wishes that a gypsy woman named Vilma, who is trying to seduce her fiancee Steve at a Halloween party, would turn into a cat. The wish comes true, and Vilma turns into a vampire/cat creature that must consume blood every 24 hours, or she will be turned into an actual cat forever.
