Synopsis
Dr. Tyme perfects his 4-X beam which can stop time and begins to use it for criminal purposes. Rita's date with Steve Dayton is interrupted by Dr. Tyme robbing a nearby bank: she follows him to his castle and finds herself trapped in a clock.
