Synopsis

Joan is left at the altar by Jim. She goes on a vacation and plans to “make at least one man regret that he was born!” Joan flirts with Dave although she wants “to slap his handsome face, to make all men pay for my unhappiness.” Dave proposes marriage and she accepts, then leaves the resort, planning to break his heart. She changes her mind and bumps into Dave, who admits he had the same idea: they realize they sincerely do love each other.

Fatal Woman

Synopsis

Sharon dumps her fiancé Joe for handsome Eddie, although he’s just a “nobody.” After the wedding, Eddie goes into debt to cater to Sharon’s whims, and she suggests he commit crimes to make money. He becomes a robber and burglar. Eddie is sent to prison for 3 years but doesn’t accuse Sharon. He returns to her, is caught again, and spends 8 more years in jail. Once again, Eddie and Sharon are reunited but this time when he’s shot and fatally wounded, he says Sharon is his accomplice and she goes to jail for 7 years. Sharon realizes she really loved Eddie and this is her “eternal punishment.”

Frank returns and Sally discovers “I wanted both of them!” She discovers Gilbert is unfaithful but Frank finds out about her two-timing ways. Sally apologizes to Frank and they reconcile.
